Can I Apply?

The campus of Neighborhood Church exists FOR Visalia. We use it to resource the greater Visalia community. It is a place for the community to gather for events – primarily focusing on the areas of leadership development, self-improvement, and moments of transition. Our campus has hosted weddings, funerals, leadership conferences, education seminars and 12-step meetings.

Application

In order to serve you well and meet all the needs for your event, we suggest submitting first time inquiries and applications no less than 45 days before the event date.


Approval

Within 3 business days of Neighborhood receiving application, you will receive notice on the approval status.


Important To Know

Please review the rooms below so you’ll be able to fill out the application form correctly. Other than funerals, there are no discounts or special privileges for members of Neighborhood Church.

Rooms & Rental Rates

This room is primarily used by Neighborhood Kids’ large gathering on Sunday morning. It’s a great space for leadership training and workshops.

  • Presentation media available and recommended for events with a speaker
  • Comfortably accommodates 100 chairs in auditorium style seating
  • Comfortably accommodates 9 round tables with 8 chairs each
  • Audio and visual event support is available.
  • Room Rate: $25/hour
  • Janitorial Services: $20/hour (Hours will be determined NC Facilities Department.)
  • Sound/Media Technician: $25/hour (Fees will be determined by the Neighborhood staff based on the specifics of your event.)
This room is primarily used for our students weekly gathering on Wednesday nights. It’s a great space for a small wedding (50-60 guests) or leadership training/workshops.

  • Comfortably accommodates 40-60 chairs in auditorium style seating
  • Comfortably accommodates up to 6 round tables with 8 chairs each
  • Audio and visual event support is available.
  • Rate: $25/hour
  • Janitorial Services: $20/hour (Hours will be determined NC Facilities Department.)
  • Sound/Media Technician: $25/hour (Hours will be determined Neighborhood Creative Arts staff.)
  • Comfortable rooms ideal for business/planning meetings or Bible studies when you want no distractions.
  • The Red Room comfortably accommodates about 9-12 people in living room style seating.
  • Room 16 comfortably accommodates about 8-30 people in various seating and table arrangements.
  • Both rooms are equipped to display media/videos.
  • Rate: $15/hour
  • Rate is waived for Neighborhood Church groups.
This room is primarily used by adults for our weekend service environment. It is the largest space on our campus.

  • Available by request. Not all requests can be accommodated.
  • Basketball court-sized
  • 650 comfortable seats, 5 sections
  • Accommodates up to 50 round tables with 8 seats each
  • Presentation media available and recommended for events with a speaker
  • Neighborhood Cafe available by request for extra cost
  • Room Rate: $80/hour
  • Janitorial Services: $20/hour (Hours will be determined NC Facilities Department.)
  • Sound/Media/Lighting Technician: $50/first 2 hours (minimum); $25/each additional hour per tech (Fees will be determined by the NC Creative Arts Department based on the specifics of your event.)

Campus Wi-Fi

We use a robust wireless system from Valley Expectec that covers 85% of our campus buildings. Each of our 16 access points can handle 30-50 simultaneous devices. Our main auditorium can handle 300+ device connections.
