It’s more than a job. It’s a calling.
When you ask us what we do at Neighborhood Church, it’s not a job description you’ll get. Most likely you’ll hear stories. We are passionate about using our talents for God’s purposes and that’s why we’ve dedicated our careers to a ministry, not a job title.
Neighborhood Church is an Equal Opportunity Employer. One of the requirements for employment is declaration of Christian faith and agreement with our Statement of Beliefs. Active owners (members) of Neighborhood Church will be considered first for employment opportunities.
Listings remain posted throughout the interview process and are removed once the new hire begins their first day of work. Should an applicant’s qualifications submitted via the online application meet our current needs, they will be contacted. Those applicants who do not currently match our needs will be retained for up to one month.
When you get better, we get better. So instead of a development program, we have a development culture. We value learning and growing together as a team. You’ll have opportunities, support, and plenty of feedback to help you grow professionally and spiritually.
We believe in expressing gratitude for a job well done. It’s also important for teams to be on the same page. Our teams take time together to learn, get to know each other better, celebrate, and share ideas for what’s ahead.
Vacation & Leave
Working hard for something you believe in is incredibly rewarding. It also takes a lot of energy, so you’ll have plenty of time off for relaxing and recharging.
Work Hard - Have Fun
There’s a time to work hard, then there’s a time to play hard. And we like doing both with our Neighborhood Church family. We learn, play, and laugh together on a regular basis.
