  2. Why do you think our culture is in a mental health crisis?

  3. Why do you think the church rarely discusses mental health openly?

  4. Have you ever struggled with anxiety before? What has that looked like in your life?

  5. What are the physical sensations you begin to feel when you’re anxious?

  6. When you feel anxious, do you tend to hide it? Or do you share your struggles with others? Why?

  7. On Sunday, Jordan mentioned that we can overcome anxiety by being present, practicing gratitude, and asking for help. How do you think these strategies might help you when you’re anxious?
